Strive School is an intensive, six-month, full-time program that prepares students to be ready to work from day one using the most recent technologies and industry standards

We select about 5% of all applicants. Every student passes through a motivational interview, a technical and logical benchmark, and a final Tech Review with one of our Tech Partners.

Every two weeks every student must go through a benchmark on the subject of the previous two weeks and deliver a project within eight hours. We ask students that don't met our goals to join the next cohort.

We don't have a typical student profile; some of our students are STEM graduates searching for a more practical approach, others are pivoting away from traditional university programs. They all have in common their high determination and the potential to be top developers.

Strive School students are located across all of Europe, with a particular focus in Germany, Italy and UK.

There are no fees for getting in contact with or hiring any of our developers. Growing our hiring network will create new opportunities both for great companies and for our students.

No, companies that hire our Alumni have no obligation in the ISA. The employers can choose to offer as a benefit the possibility to pay the employee's ISA during their collaboration.

Our career department offers you a customized placement service. This will afford you the possibility of saving time and money, sourcing from the different candidates and matching your needs with the right profiles.
